Winter at Welly Park
This event is only suitable and designed for children up to the age of 5 yrs and below.
This winter, our Reception Building is being transformed into a brand-new indoor space where little ones, can learn, grow and develop through play. With areas dedicated to both role play and soft play, our younger visitors can discover, create, and interact with others in a safe, warm, and welcoming environment. With indoor play areas all designed to spark imagination and build confidence, there will also be fun crafts and creative activities too.
It’s the perfect place for young minds to learn new skills while having fun inside during the winter blues.
There are three key areas to use:
Soft play – with soft materials and equipment where toddlers can create and develop life skills in a safe and fun environment,
Role play – where children can let their imagination run wild whilst learning and communicating through role play in areas such as Construction, Café and Vets.
Creative play – where young children can explore, create, play and connect with nature, using all different tools and materials that aid sensory exploration, cognitive skills, and cooperative play.
